Simat Technologies Pcl, a Thai supplier of computer software and hardware, will probably conclude its plan to buy a stake in a Vietnamese company next month, Krungthep Turakij newspaper reported, citing Managing Director Ronaphoom Suviriyakulchai.
Simat may invest as much as 35 million baht ($1.1 million) in the acquisition, according to the newspaper. (Bloomberg)
