Nearly US$150 million for construction of Dinh Vu Industrial Park

The Chairman of the People's Committee of the northern port city of Hai Phong on Jun 24 presented an investment licence for the project of construction and operation of Dinh Vu Industrial Park's infrastructure (phase II) to the Dinh Vu Industrial Park Join Stock Company.

The project with a total of investment capital of over US$146 million (equivalent to VND 2,338 billion) covers an area of more than 377.5 ha.

The project includes technical works, public facilities, manufactories, warehouses, specialised ports, supporting works and so on.

The project has a duration of 50 years, in which the whole infrastructure of the Industrial Park in the second phase will be completed within the first seven years.
