Luxury apartments and resort complex to be built in Da Nang

Dubai’s Kingdom Hotel Investments in the upcoming July will invest in a luxury Raffles Residence complex at Non Nuoc beach in the central province of Da Nang. Notably, prices for an apartment at the complex may mount to 1 million USD.

The information was announced by CBRE at a press conference in Hanoi on June 2.

Accordingly, Raffles Residence includes luxury residences and resorts with around 138 apartments built under Raffles’ specific design.

It is estimated that an apartment of from 71-187 square metres will be sold at a starting price from 285,000 USD to a million USD.

Construction of the resort is expected to be completed by April 2010. (Tien Phong)
